Are firepits legal in beacon?

I don't know about the city of Becaon, but the Town of Fishkill requires a burn permit if you are creating your own pit to burn clipping/twigs etc. I believe the store bought ones are legal, just make sure they are not placed on a wood deck, stone/cement only.
