Decent indian restaurants in the hudson valley are hard to find.

I've tried the following: Tanjore Cuisine Of India - Fishkill Citrus - New Windsor Spice Aroma - Poughkeepsie

So far Spice Aroma has my vote for best but it has weird hours. Last time i tried to eat here it was closed at 8pm on a friday.

NYC has spoiled me with indian food!
