There is a heavy-use illegal dumping site at the end of Liberty Street a block east of Bridge Street. Yesterday, twenty-odd bagged copies of the NYTimes were seen there. A few years ago, deer parts were poking out of illegally dumped trash bags. What are some other sites scofflaws use to illegally dump trash? What can be done about it?

People dump along a stretch of the road next to Fishkill Creek, south of 9D, on the slope between the road and the railroad tracks. (but I feel like this is just providing info to more dumpers) I don't know what can be done other than police seeing someone in the act of dumping, which would be about as likely as lightning striking someone in the act of dumping.
